It is not easy to make a great Pinot Noir out of Burgundy, anonymous wines are often found; This is not the case, however, because Alessandro Cellai, oenologist and owner of Podere Monastero, has found a perfect terroir for this vine that gave us this fantastic wine.

"La Pineta" Podere Monastero is a pure Pinot Noir produced in Castellina in Chianti. Fermented in wooden vats and aged for 12 months in barrique.

Striking for its finesse and aromatic richness, La Pineta Podere Monastero is silky and savory on the palate with a long mineral finish.
