Arnaldo Caprai's Merlot is a beautiful expression of this vine, grown in the Umbrian hills and vinified with a long refinement in barrique for approximately 2 years.

In the glass it develops in two dimensions, one typical of the vine which is expressed with notes of ripe red fruit and soft and enveloping tannins and one instead typical of the Umbrian terroir, which, thanks to the geological conformation of the soil and the large temperature variations, gives the wine of great finesse and elegance and a freshness that lightens the sip.
