In the gorges of the Golan Plateau, in Israel, there are the cabernet sauvignon vineyards used for the production of this Kosher wine, one of the company's best-selling wines, Yarden's Golan Geights Cabernet Sauvignon.

Vinification and aging take place in oak barrels, where the wine remains for approximately 18 months.

Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon is a great drinkable wine, with a bouquet that ranges from notes of cherry and morello cherry to hints of spice and tobacco; the sip is full and soft, with velvety tannins and a very intriguing balsamic finish; interesting pairing with dishes based on hummus or other very aromatic sauces.
