Barbaresco Riserva S.Stefano, Barbaresco D.O.C.G. Castello di Neive is produced in the Langhe, Piedmont. The company's flagship wine.

The grapes all come from a single vineyard, the "Santo Stefano". After 10/12 days of vinification, the wine ages in French oak barrels for 36 months and concludes its maturation in the cellar after a few months.

The Barbaresco Riserva Santo Stefano Castello di Neive has a brilliant garnet color with light orange reflections with a complex, intense and very broad bouquet; the well-ripe small fruits tend to fade into a bouquet of tobacco, withered flowers, spices and cocoa, always in the presence of the balsamic and mentholated notes typical of the Santo Stefano vineyard. The taste, enriched by tannins, goes well with the warm softness of this wine; the right acidity surrounds everything and will certainly maintain this balance for a long time.
