Ripassa Zenato is a Valpolicella Superiore produced with the ripasso technique, i.e. the exhausted Amarone pomace is reused to referment the Valpolicella; thus a sort of intermediate wine is obtained between Amarone and basic Valpolicella which enriches the alcohol content, colour, extracts and aromatic bouquet.

the Valpolicella Superiore Ripassa Zenato on the nose releases typical aromas of fruit in spirit and sweet spice while the sip remains light and soft, with a very slight residual sugar that entices the drink and leaves a pleasant aftertaste on the palate.
