Ronchedone Cà dei Frati is a red wine born on the morainic hills near Sirmione.

This area has proven to be particularly suitable for the cultivation of Marzemino, Sangiovese and Cabernet vines thanks to a microclimate suitable for the production of quality wines.

After the harvest, a long maceration in steel takes place, followed by malolactic fermentation and refinement in barrique for 14 months. Maturation ends after 10 months in the bottle.

Ronchedone Cà dei Frati is a wine that on the nose releases rich notes of red fruits, balsamic hints and jam. On the palate it is powerful, clean, tasty, with a nice acidity.

The ideal pairing includes long-cooked red meats, game, mature cheeses and soups with meat. A wine that does not go unnoticed!
