Cielo d'Ulisse is a great Brunello, produced with full respect for nature by Podere le Ripi, a small winery that operates according to the dictates of biodynamic agriculture.

The Sangiovese grapes are carefully selected and after vinification, the refinement continues for 33 months in large barrels and 12 months in vitrified concrete tanks.

The Cielo d'Ulisse Podere le Ripi wine opens on the nose with fruity tones, accompanied by floral notes that give finesse and elegance. On the palate it is intense and structured, with a savory and persistent sip balanced by smooth tannins.
