Sangiovese di Romagna Superiore Predappio Riserva Condè is a red wine from Romagna that is striking for its extreme enjoyment.

The favorable exposure of the vines allows the wine to express fresh and floral notes, without sacrificing the richness of tannins and structure.

After the harvest, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The vinification takes place with numerous pumping overs and délestages to extract all the noble compounds from the cap. A period of maceration follows to complete the organoleptic picture. Subsequently the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in steel.
