Primofiore IGP 2021 75 cl Quintarelli

The care and attention in the production of the Giuseppe Quintarelli company begins already with the entry wine: the Primofiore.

Primofiore Quintarelli is an intense red wine, produced with 50% Corvina Veronese and Corvinone grapes, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.

The harvest begins in mid-September and, after harvesting, the grapes are placed in wooden boxes and left to dry for a month, to give the wine a fuller and rounder structure. It concludes its refinement after a year in Slavonian oak barrels.

Primofiore Quintarelli is an intense ruby red wine, it opens on the nose with notes of violet and cherry giving a spicy, soft, elegant finish, with beautiful freshness and great balance.

Red wine to be enjoyed with roasted and stewed red meats, mature cheeses and risottos.
