Pinot Nero Riserva "Trattmann" 2021 75 cl Girlan

Pinot Noir Trattman Riserva Girlan is a wine produced on the cool South Tyrolean hills in Mazon and Girlan.

The grapes almost all come from Mazon, the most suitable area in Alto Adige for the cultivation of this vine, with deep clay and limestone soils. The remaining grapes are those of Girlan, where the oldest vineyards are located on land with morainic deposits on volcanic porphyritic rock.

The malolactic fermentation follows in steel and the refinement lasts 18 months, partly in large barrels and partly in barriques.

Pinot Nero Trattmann Riserva Girlan is a wine of extreme elegance, it opens on the nose with floral notes and small red fruits, with a slight spiciness; the sip is sapid, with an excellent structure and with a fine tannin that makes the drink silky and satisfying.
