A delicious wine, Noas Tunella, obtained from a blend of Riesling, Traminer and Sauvignon, dried before being vinified so as to concentrate sugars and aromas. It amazes the nose for the complexity of the aromas, with sweet notes of honey and dried fruit, hints of minerals and exotic fruit; in the mouth it is dense, with a never cloying sweetness because it is balanced by a fresh acidity, and to close a long citrus persistence. Meditation wine, delicious paired with blue cheeses or dry pastries.
