Produced from over 50-year-old vines, Spirale Tissot wine is made from Poulsard, Chardonnay and Savagnin grapes, grown on clayey Marne soil.

The Spirale Passerillé Blanc Tissot is a sweet wine called "vin de paille", due to the particular drying procedure that takes place right on the straw. The drying time is approximately 5 months, the fermentation takes place in used oak vats and the one-year refinement ends in the same containers.
