Composed for 70% of Pinot Noir coming entirely from the Grand Crus of the Montagne de Reims and 30% of Chardonnay from the most suitable soils of the Cote de Blancs. The harvest is carried out when full ripeness is reached. A small part of the Pinot Noir that composes it was vinified in red with a long maceration on the skins to concentrate all the fruity aromas. The refinement takes place in gypsum quarries, where it remains for over 10 years.
