The average age of the vines is 44 years and they are located at 320 meters above sea level. . The harvest takes place exclusively by hand at the beginning of October. A characteristic that distinguishes Barolo Monvigliero Vietti is the vinification of part of the grapes in whole bunches, without destemming. This vineyard is historically recognized as one of the most suitable for this type of winemaking.
Fermentation takes place in steel tanks, followed by two years of aging in oak barrels.
