Lafoa is the collection of Colterenzio's special reserves.

Gewurztraminer Lafoa Colterenzio is obtained from a careful selection of the grapes during the harvest, followed by a short cryomaceration; after vinification it refines on its lees for 12 months and finally a further 6 months in the bottle.

Floral and licis notes emerge on the nose, with delicate spicy and balsamic puffs; Gewurztraminer Lafoa is very elegant on the palate, with a long persistence and a slight sensation of sweetness that gives it great harmony.

Try it with salmon, rocket and gorgonzola rolls.
