"I Palchi" are terraces located on the Foscarino vineyard, a sort of grand cru for the production of Soave; in these vineyards the mix of soil and microclimate means that the Garganega plants produce exceptional bunches, from which Inama has chosen to produce a sweet that represents the pinnacle of quality of the company.

The vinification of "I Palchi Foscarino" by Inama takes place partly in barrique and partly in large barrels, after assembly the refinement continues in the bottle.

I Palchi Foscarino Inama is the quintessence of Soave, deep mineral notes alternate with hints of fresh fruit and white flowers, in the mouth it manages to be creamy and sharp, with a very long savory finish that cleans the mouth and prepares it for the next glass.
