Gregorio is the wine dedicated to Elena's son, the owner of Fattoria Cabanon.

The Cuore Bianco Gregorio Cabanon is a white wine obtained with Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio grapes, vinified with spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks and aged for about 20 months, 8 in steel and 12 in bottle.

A complete white wine from Oltrepò Pavese, where we find the marked aroma and freshness of Sauvignon, the softness of Chardonnay and the flavor of Pinot Grigio; the taste is harmonious and balanced.

Cuore Bianco Gregorio Cabanon is the perfect match for a Milanese risotto.
