This wine represents a corner of Burgundy in Sicily, in the hills above Messina.

The Faro red wine from the Palari farm is produced with Nerello Mascalese and Cappuccio, to which is added a small part of Nocera and Acitana, native grapes of the area.

The elegance of Faro Palari wine is incredible, and is very reminiscent of the great pinot noirs from beyond the Alps. The vinification and aging involve the use of barriques, partly new and partly used, and contribute to smoothing out the harshness of the wine, giving roundness and pleasantness.
