Oratorio di San Lorenzo from the Inama company is an amazing red wine, produced only in the best years.
The grapes used to produce this splendid wine are 100% Carmenere from the vineyard of the same name; it is a little-known vine, especially in the Veneto region, but which in this vineyard has found a perfect microclimate and soil to express itself at very high levels of quality.
The vinification takes place in concrete tanks while the refinement takes place in barriques, where the wine remains for 12 months followed by a further 12 months in the bottle.
Colli Berici Carmenere Riserva "Oratorio San Lorenzo" Inama is a full-bodied wine, with an impenetrable color and intense aromas of morello cherry and blackberry, with very deep spicy and balsamic aftertaste; the sip is warm and structured but never heavy, thanks to a marked freshness that stimulates drinking.
