Amarone della Valpolicella 2019 75 cl Villa della Torre
Villa della TorreVilla della Torre's Amarone della Valpolicella is a red wine of great structure and intensity.
Produced with traditional Valpolicella grapes, these are dried until the beginning of January, when the winemaking process begins which lasts about 1 week; subsequently the maturation of the wine lasts approximately 18 months in oak barrels of various sizes.
Villa della Torre Amarone della Valpolicella has a very typical aroma, with aromas of morello cherry and cherry in alcohol, followed by a note of vanilla and sweet spice. The sip is warm and enveloping, the tannins are soft and the sensation of softness given by the extract and alcohol is attenuated by a pleasant freshness.
To be tried with roasts and game, but in general rich, meat-based dishes.
