Barolo "Brunate" 2019 75 cl Vietti
ViettiBarolo Brunate Vietti is produced with Nebbiolo grapes from the vineyard of the same name, in the municipality of La Morra at about 300/400 meters above sea level.
The average age of the vines is about 55 years old, the harvest takes place manually and after a soft pressing, the fermentation takes place in steel tanks in contact with the skins for about 3 weeks. The aging in barriques and large barrels lasts 32 months. It is finally bottled without filtration.
Vietti's Barolo Brunate is an immediate wine, which can already be appreciated in all its grandeur. A powerful wine, with an explosive nose on notes of violet and plum, with hints of citrus and spices. As the minutes go by, you will surely be able to appreciate the different nuances in evolution.
