Barolo Brunate Vietti is produced with Nebbiolo grapes from the vineyard of the same name, in the municipality of La Morra at about 300/400 meters above sea level.
The average age of the vines is about 55 years old, the harvest takes place manually and after a soft pressing, the fermentation takes place in steel tanks in contact with the skins for about 3 weeks. The aging in barriques and large barrels lasts 32 months. It is finally bottled without filtration.
