The Grand Cru Burgundy Cask Finish of the Glendalough distillery is an Irish Whiskey that after an initial aging in Bourbon barrels, is transferred to Burgundy Grand Cru barrels, which give it earthy aromas and sweet spices typical of French wood. Soft and enveloping on the palate, aromas of caramel and honey blend with spicy hints and give the sip a very long persistence.
