"Salidoro" Tenuta Santa Caterina is a Piedmontese white wine based on Chardonnay, with a small balance of Sauvignon.

It is vinified and aged in steel but a small part ferments in barrique, where it then rests for 9 months.

Very balanced, the fatness of the Chardonnay is perfectly completed with the freshest and most savory part of the Sauvignon, for a sip of great pleasure and complexity. It lends itself to multiple combinations, to be tried with a beef and salicornia cream.
