Puligny - Montrachet 1er Cru Les Demoiselles 2019 75 cl Amiot Guy
Amiot GuyPuligny Montrachet 1er Cru Les Demoiselles Amiot Guy, we are faced with a wine typical of the terroir, structured, with an evolution from 10 to 15 years.
The land on which the vines are erected is located on a steep slope, on a thin soil, in contact with compact limestone plates that give these wines finesse and minerality.
Adjacent to the divine "Chevalier" and the glorious "Motrachet", the land of the "Demoiselles" can be defined as a true "Vice" Grand Cru.
The Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Les Demoiselles Amiot Guy vines are over 30 years old.
Alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation take place in oak barrels. The decanting and the clarification are done in the tenth month, the bottling takes place after a year of refinement.
Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Amiot Guy is a white wine with a bright yellow color. A note of ripe fruit immediately stands out on the nose where mango dominates, giving way to pure notes of honey, chestnuts and marron glace. On the palate the purity is surprising, it is a large wine, alcohol dominates but does not burn, giving the whole a structure of rare richness. The finish is velvety, long, elegant, the wine extends its final expression on a vanilla base.
Concentrated and pure, it is expressive, rich, harmonious, fruity, balanced and full of nobility.
