In an area well-known for its red wines and Nebbiolo, the Sandro Fay company has also decided to focus on the production of white wines, planting a vineyard at an altitude of 550 meters with Sauvignon Blanc and Incrocio Manzoni.

Vinification takes place in steel tanks and, after a short cold maceration, the wine then rests in contact with the lees for a few months.

Alpi Retiche Ronco Valene Sandro Fay the nose is delicate and elegant, with hints of vegetable notes and a more central and persistent part of peach and white fruit; on the palate it is very fresh and sapid, with a slightly almondy finish.
