Ribolla by Edi Simcic is a Slovenian white wine produced with the most typical grape variety of the area, Ribolla Gialla.

After a short 4-hour maceration, it is vinified in oak tonneaux and then aged for a few months in old barriques.

The savory imprint of this wine is incredible and makes the sip dynamic and persistent; the nose invites drinking with iodized and citrus notes that give an idea of freshness and pleasantness.
