Jacky Charpentier is a small vigneron in the Marne Valley, specializing in Pinot Meunier.
The Champagne Brut Tradition Jacky Charpentier is composed mostly of Meunier to which a small balance of Pinot Noir is added.
It rests on the yeasts for 20 months and, after disgorgement, it is dosed at around 6g/l of sugar, a fundamental dosage to tone down the great acidity of the Meunier and give harmony and balance to the drink.
Gastronomic and tasty Champagne will cheer up your aperitifs; Always keep a bottle chilled!
