Aton is a wine that is part of Elena Walch's special reserves. A pure Pinot Noir produced with obsessive care, to seek the highest possible level of quality.

Fermentation is preceded by a 5-day cryomaceration which will facilitate the extraction of aromatic substances from the grape skins; after vinification it ages 12 months in barrique, 11 in steel and finally 15 in the bottle.

Aton Elena Walch has great evolutionary potential, this Pinot Noir wants to become a point of reference in Italy and, in our opinion, has all the credentials to succeed.
