In the ancient village of Triasso, in Valtellina, there is a small cooperative that includes local producers who produce very interesting wines; Sassella Sassi Solivi is one of these.

100% Nebbiolo from terraces in the heart of Sassella, aged 20 months in oak barrels and another 5 in the bottle.

Sassella Sassi Solivi is a very traditional Nebbiolo, light but with dense and aggressive tannins, with a very evident fresh and savory vein, it leaves harmonious taste sensations in the mouth. It goes well with red meats and aged cheeses.

To drink slightly cool, in summer, it will save you from the heat wave!
