The Sassi Solivi reserve is produced only in the best vintages and is the Triasso Cooperative's alternative to the classic Sforzato.

The grapes, 100% Nebbiolo, are subjected to a slight drying before vinification, which will make the wine more structured and soft. The refinement is very long, 30 months in oak barrels and about 8 in the bottle.

The Sassella Riserva Sassi Solivi of the Triasso Cooperative releases fresh and floral notes that mix with hints of fruit in alcohol and spices while on the palate it is warm and enveloping, with silky tannins and a very savory finish. It will never tire you!
