"Les Dames Huguette" is one of the last plots acquired by Sebastian, Sylvain's son, and is located in the Hautes Cotes de Nuits; the vines were planted between 1970 and 1995.

The vinification takes place in steel tanks, with de-stemming of the bunch. The refinement continues for about 1 year in old wood.

Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Nuits "Les Dames Huguette" Sylvain Cathiard is a silky and enveloping Pinot Noir, with a very deep bouquet that is not limited to fruit and spice but also focuses on notes of nutmeg, rosehip and rhubarb.
