The Nebbiolo grapes are harvested by hand and vinified in oak vats; followed by 4 years of aging in barrels, 6 months in cement tanks and another 6 months in the bottle.

Gattinara Vigna Molsino Nervi is a unique wine, which in some ways recalls the best wines of the Cote de Nuits.

On the nose notes of small red fruits intersect with mentholated and balsamic hints, also with hints of pepper and spices. On the palate it is silky, with dense and velvety tannins and a savory and fresh vein that literally makes the wine vibrate on the palate.
