There was a time when the Dal Ceros were from Verona. Today Igino, Gian Franco and Anna Maria return to the eastern lands of Verona, the birthplace of their father Pietro, to whom this bottle is dedicated, to remember their history and savor the wind of those places again. They do it with a wine that is emblematic of Veronese wine production in the world, Amarone.

Pietro Dal Cero Cà dei Frati Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG is a Veronese red wine aged 24 months in barrique, 12 months in steel and another 24 months in bottle.

The ruby color captivates with its intensity. The fruit is exuberant with a very pleasant black cherry that blends with notes of chocolate, sweet spices, tobacco and balsamic notes of star anise and wild mint. At the table it finds its maximum expression with aged cheeses, roasted meats, braised meats and game.
