Champagne Extra Brut Blanc de Noirs "Harmonie" 2011 75 cl Franck Pascal
Pascal FranckFranck Pascal's Champagne Harmonie is born from 50% Pinot Meunier and 50% Pinot Noir.
The Franck Pascal winery has been certified biodynamic since 2004, even if the rows have not seen chemicals and herbicides since 1994.
Harmonie Champagne is the result of an intense 48 months rest on the lees, which gives us a lively and mineral wine.
As the name of this wine from the Valleè de la Marne suggests, it presents us with a harmonious wine, with a bright straw color and a persistent and regular perlage. Aromatic aromas, with hints of white pulp fruit and bread crust, which flow into a vibrant, fresh, pleasant and long sip with a slightly savory finish.
Harmonie by Franck Pascal is a champagne that is presented to the public only in the best years, with a limited production.
Excellent to accompany white meats, fish appetizers and aperitifs with friends.
