Adelchi Venica is a delicate and elegant white wine, produced on the Collio, a particularly suitable area of Friuli Venezia Giulia.

Adelchi Venica is a pure Ribolla Gialla which partially ages in large oak barrels for a few months before being bottled.

Floral notes of hawthorn and elder stand out on the nose, followed by light spicy and dried fruit hints. The sip is fresh, with a long savory and mineral finish and overall a good structure.

Definitely to be combined with fish cuisine.
