Cultivated in the 42 hectares of the magnificent Capanna vineyard, unique in Montalcino for characteristics and position.
The soil is rich in clayey schists and marl and is located at an altitude between 350 and 400 meters above sea level, with a density of 5,000 vines per hectare and a yield of 60 q / ha.
The harvest begins in the last days of September and lasts until mid-October. The vinification lasts for 18 days in stainless steel tanks at 28 ° C and then rests for 24 months in French oak barriques and 30-50 hl barrels.
At sight it shows an intense ruby red and garnet reflections, the classic aromas of Brunello are clear and bursting, in the mouth it develops in an infinite progression.
