Valpolicella Ripasso "La Casetta" is a red wine produced with the refermentation of the classic Valpolicella with the marc of Amarone, which gives the wine greater softness and aromatic complexity.

The aromas are intense and initially focus on cherry and black cherry and then turn to notes of licorice and vanilla. In the mouth it is soft and round, with a hint of tannin and a pleasant freshness that make it perfect in combination with game dishes or aged cheeses.
