Emidio Pepe is one of the founders of natural viticulture in Italy, having always worked in this way, well before it became a trend.

Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Emidio Pepe comes from old vineyards, most of which are still cultivated in tents.

The winemaking takes place in a completely artisanal way, with pressing of the grapes with the feet and fermentation in concrete tanks, where the wine still rests before being bottled by hand and without filtration.

This Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Emidio Pepe is a powerful red wine, on the nose the fruit dominates the scene, followed by notes of spice and cocoa; intense and explosive on the palate, with great freshness and aggressive tannins that guarantee the wine a bright future.
